Service Selection
Our porters arrive daily or nightly to provide essential services such as vacuuming, collecting trash, mopping, sanitizing high traffic spaces, or setting up for events across your facility or campus. Over time, they refine cleaning routes to work more efficiently and can reprioritize tasks as needed – handling urgent spills, reporting repair needs, and assisting employees or guests.
If you’re not sure where to begin, we can provide a detailed proposal and workload plan that ensure your buildings’ appearance and health standards are met.

This service is ideal for the occasional help preparing for an event, including organizing the physical space, moving items up to 50 pounds, and a light cleaning. For example, back-to-back events may need trash pickup, sweeping, moving furniture, and alignment of chairs to a new setup. Book us by the hour and make sure you have the support you need.

A deep clean goes beyond housekeeping, attending to each unique corner of your requested area/items while using Green Seal certified products to thoroughly scrub away grime, disinfect surfaces, and reduce stains -whether we are focused on post construction cleanup, upholstery, office desks, commercial kitchens, tenant turnovers, gym equipment, or other building items. Multiple specialized services may be included in this complete cleaning, resulting in custom rates.

We have performed carpet extractions for over a decade, using commercial grade equipment to extract filth and provide a deep shampooing. We clear paths, protect furniture, and vacuum the area prior to any spraying or extraction. Shampooing of specific fabric furniture may also be requested.

Revitalize your floors through the removal of dirt and grime using advanced buffer machines, followed by the application of wax and sealer coatings to deliver a clear shine. This service proactively reduces the need for costly floor repairs.

Per square foot rates – 4 or 6 coat application options
This service is ideal for quick, complete disinfections for businesses that need to make their space feel safe and ready for their occupants. Electrostatic Disinfection destroys harmful bacteria and viruses with an even and rapid coverage across an entire space, wrapping around surfaces via the mist created by our sprayers. If stain removals and full wipe downs are needed, we would suggest a deep clean instead.

Some areas require intense force & precision in order to remove grime and dirt – consider any brick walls, brick patios, or any hard to reach place. We use electric & gas pressure wash machines depending on the location and type of surface.
