Grocare embodies the American dream. Our founder, Edgar Escobar, came to the U.S. to build a successful life for his family. From mopping floors to leading teams throughout New England, Edgar’s career in the industry spans over 30 years.
He has achieved success for himself and his community by making each day easier for others. With a vision to raise the standard of care across Boston’s janitorial industry, Edgar built Grocare from the ground up. By refusing to franchise, we maintain stronger oversight of our procedures, fairer team pay, and greater consistency for our clients.
